Camera’s Eye-View

Josiah’s Bird and Wildlife Photography

Just as guiding allows me to show clients a unique world that often goes unnoticed, with enough patience, it’s possible to capture photographs that display remarkable aspects of the lives and world of birds. While frame-filling portraits are nice (and I take my fair share of these!), I challenge myself to capture birds in action; hunting, singing, etc., and include aspects of habitat in the photo. The challenges of capturing these images has appealed to me since I first picked up a point-and-shoot camera at age 10. After years of trial-and-error, and a few equipment upgrades, I have managed to capture some images that I believe are worth sharing.
